# VENUE ETIQUETTE

Whether you’re attending as a guest or working at the venue:

  • Respect performers, staff, and other patrons, as well as the spaces around you.
  • ***ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS***: ANY talking of mods, sync related stuff and the such in /say, /yell or /shout while at a venue event/night results in being **kicked out** for the evening, an attempt to return results in a **ban**, ***any attempt to enter a future venue results in being reported to the GMs for breaking the clear boundaries Naoki Yoshida has set for his community!***
  • Modding is a privilege. ANY talk of sync plugins results in a kick and the devs being told.
  • Avoid being disruptive during performances or scenes, quiet emotes is fine, ensure your emote log is ***OFF***.
  • Do not pressure others into RP—flirt responsibly! **Any advances after someone has already rejected you puts you through our** ***warning/tempban/permaban*** **system**.
  • Tip your dancers and workers generously (gil or emotes encouraged), remember they are people too, everyone has worked tirelessly to create this venue for you to enjoy, do not ruin that or let it go to waste!
  • Use appropriate attire for the venue’s vibe. (Nudist, nude and/or lewd? Bring it in style.)
  • We do have Gamba, gamble responsibly! We will cut you off!!
  • **Lalafells are cherished members of our community, provided all participants (including the player behind the character) are 18+.** Anyone making derogatory jokes or denying them access to events will be warned/tempbanned/permabanned, the only exception is when the lalafell **ACTIVELY** breaks an aforementioned rule, in which case, **THE EXACT SAME STEPS ARE TAKEN AS THEY WOULD BE FOR ANYONE ELSE**.

Staff Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay (Staff Roles): Guaranteed Gil rate per shift:
    • Bartender: **1,000,000 gil/night**
    • Shout Runner: **500,000 gil/night**
    • Greeter / Other Support: Rates start at **500,000 gil/night**.
  • Dancer/Performer/Court Compensation: **0 gil** base pay. Earnings are derived from client payments, subject to a **7% venue service cut** (as per venue policy).
  • Personal Tips: All staff, regardless of role, retain **100%** of any personal Gil tips received directly from guests.
  • Housing & Training: Access to staff FC housing (optional) and full in-house training on customer flow, RP etiquette, and venue policies.
